Kitchen routing
Which kitchen printer each category's order goes to, and whether the sending till prints a slip.

Settings → Printers → Category routing — one row per category:
- Kitchen ticket — the kitchen printer that gets this category's items when an order is sent (hot drinks to the bar, meals to the kitchen). — None — prints nothing.
- Slip on the sending till's printer — a slip of those items on the printer of the till that sent the order (a takeaway counter that hands the slip to the customer, say). It is not the sale receipt, which prints when the bill is closed.
Under the grid, What sending an order will print summarises what will print for each category. Press Save.
